CMC has extensive experience in many aspects of Utilities, Power, M&E and Communication works and have worked with various specialist Main Contractors and Sub-contractors in addition to client bodies involved within these fields of work. This experience has been gained by our involvement in work with various utility companies, work on power stations, telecommunications works, motorway communications projects, rail electrification works, and works with various specialists in fields as diverse as installation of medical gases within hospitals, installation of fire alarm systems and with the installation of airfield lighting. This experience has been gained both within the UK and also overseas.

 

Commercial services that CMC have provided on these contracts include:-

• Pre and post Contract administration including all financial controls for month end valuations, reconciliations, and financial reporting
• Compilation and negotiation of Final Accounts including measurement of the works and evaluation of variations
• Contractual and commercial advice
• Procurement advice and support
• Research for compilation and negotiation of contractual claims and assistance with dispute resolution including support for Adjudication
