Scottish Opportunities
Commercial Manager
We are currently seeking a Commercial Manager to lead our expanding building and development department, within the Scottish Region. The successful applicant will be well versed on both pre and post contract administration with detailed knowledge of cost planning and cost value reconciliation as well as experience in dispute avoidance and ADR.
Senior Quantity Surveyor
We currently have vacancies for Senior Quantity Surveyors, across a number of sectors and industries. Applicants should preferably be degree qualified and progressing towards some professional qualification. A solid grounding in post contract administration and an understanding of ADR procedures would be advantageous. These opportunities exist within our building and infrastructure sectors of the business.
Quantity Surveyor (Building / Infrastructure)
Within our Scottish office we have opportunities for quantity surveyors with exposure to building / development and / or infrastructure sectors of the construction industry. Ideally degree qualified with aspirations to secure professional qualifications would be advantageous as would a flexible and dynamic approach to delivering a client focused service to clients.
Quantity Surveyor (PFI/ FM)
Within our Scottish office we have opportunities for quantity surveyors with the PFI and /or FM sectors of the industry. Reporting directly to the Commercial Manager you will be responsible for undertaking a range of tasks both prior to financial close and during the construction phase of the project. Ideally degree qualified with aspirations to secure professional qualifications would be advantageous as would a flexible and dynamic approach to delivering a client focused service to clients.
