CMC Further Strengthens it Southern Team
CMC are pleased to announce that they have further strengthened their southern management team when Spencer Barrow joined CMC. Spencer is a Commercial Manager who has been working for main contractors within the construction industry for the past 20 years and has been involved with the commercial aspects of civils, highways and rail contracts that have ranged from traditional, partnerships and framework contracts. His contractual knowledge is mainly focused on ICE 5 th and 6 th, NEC and Network Rail, TfL and LUL bespoke conditions.
His wealth of experience has given him the ability to set commercial systems, analyse and solve problems.
Spencer is a Commercial Manager based in the Southern Region his responsibilities include the management of client based teams and consultancy work.
