Commercial Management Consultants Limited (CMC) is a Chartered Quantity Surveying practice providing a wide range of professional services to all sectors of the Construction Industry both throughout the UK and overseas.

CMC’s Head Office is located in London, and regional offices are located in Reading, Manchester and Edinburgh.

Established in 1979, the company has worked extensively for major “blue chip” Contractors, Specialists, Concessionaires, Construction Employers Solicitors and Consultants providing commercial support to all stages of construction schemes and projects and particularly in post contract stages.

In addition, in June 2008 the Company established a team based in our Reading office specialising in pre contract services, details of which can be found on this website.

Details of all the services provided, sectors worked in and of the senior management of the company are also available on this website as well as contact details of all the offices.

In February 2008, the company became part of the Driver Group plc and operates as a separate trading company within the Group.
